do do do do do am loving it (well not really)

As a fatlad it always make me toes curl to see people sat with the kids eating (insert here your fave drive through burger/chicken fast food bar) now fair play its the easy option/or you like it so why not, well come on even tho the goverment has stepped in and said make it more healthy, they have put a few salad pots (no doubt, laden with sugars) on the menu, its still not good for your kids..Now i was brought up to eat veg and everything, we never ate bad everything was fresh, now yeah i grew up and am loving me kebabs and fastfood joints, BUT I also love my veg my fish my meat and salads and wholegrain bread so thanks to my mam and dad i have a head start, many i know they are still like capers what are they parsnips fennel celeriac whats that??? which to me sounds mad....now i have a good mate, rob, i worked with him for 5 years ahhh we had fun, top lad, must ring him for a chat :-), now rob was a slim bloke, smoked 40 a day, ate chips pie peas gravy and a sausage every dinner, i used to look and say jeeezzz man that aint good, he would reply who is slim me or you!!! yeah but its what its doing inside rob i would say, now one monday i said you have a sun lunch rob, no way errrrrrr yuk, am like eh what, he said dont do veg and my kids dont, i looked at him and said why dont they rob, is it because they have been brought up with the fact that veg is yuk, do your parents eat veg, no, said rob, well i rest my case i said, its monkey see monkey do, and it is, we have 2 puppies, honey and ruby,now honey is the eldest, so everything that honey has done for the last year and made us laugh ( nicking our shoes and running outside, closing the kitchen door with her nose and stuff) we now find ruby doing it so we learn from our elders, we pass our habbits down to our kids,LETS MAKE SURE THEY ARE GOOD HABBITS YEAH :-)

morning troops, now i have had an enquiry about food plans and some tips on training, now just as with the Atkins book or you are what you eat book i cannot pass on any info or show any pages from the abs ebook, as iam sure you can understand that would be unethical,unlawful, but uppermost, i regard the authors as friends, and i would never let a friend down, it took along time to write, its massive, that's why its an ebook i reckon, as if you had a hardback copy you would have to have the strongest shelf known to man.......

OK SO I WILL WORK ON FOOD PLAN THIS WEEKEND AND SOME TIPS ON TRAINING..........

the legend that is ian graham ;-)


THIS MAN SAVED MY LIFE, pretty strong statement is that, but along with bryan, ian has changed my life 100%.......
hey i got to tell you we hired the rug doctor carpet cleaner from morrisons last night, well kev and laura next door did, they text to say it was amazing, so we went halves on the cost and they brought it round and it is amazing so iam telling everyone about it, so go hire it today from morrisons....

ah my students all will become clear, now onto ian, what an awesome guy, he has just come back from cananda where he placed 5th and 2nd in a fitness model comp, this guy will be on mens health cover within 2 years am putting money on it ;-)

because as ian wrote in his abs ebook, companies use de traind athletes, that people who were athletes but for some reason are not in peak fitness but because they were athletes they get mega results quick, now ian hurt his back a couple of years ago meaning he couldnt train so now he can he has this body you see above, so why didnt he lead us into a lie, not tell us about the way that people use these de trained athletes and sell a load of the abs books off the back of it, because that just isnt ian and bryans nature, they like jamie oliver want to help, unlike jamie they dont have a pot of cash and a mansion, so who is the person who gives most, someone who sets a free site up, or a millionare chef, i know who i would pick, i do love jamie tho, i love to cook, and its awesome that he is trying to change peoples idea about food and nutrition....

Its funny isnt it, you spend a sunday doing nothing, but yet your so tired?????, or you have a week off and do nothing yet dont feel refreshed??????????

THATS BECAUSE YOU DID NOTHING

now if you had been active and ate well you would feel more rested, yeah sounds irish (sorry bry) but its true, the less you do the worse you feel, the more you do the more alive you feel, the more takeaways you chuck down your neck the worse you feel, see its not only calories but the useless nutrition that comes with it, i mean look at a pizza,now iam no expert but hell look at all that base thats gotta be alot of carbs, now if you just scraped the topping off, I in my opinion may get away with it now and again, but if your scoffing the lot then buy a bigger belt, you are going to need it.......

NOW WHO SAID GIVE YOUR LIFE TO EXERCISE ERR NOT ME

hey if you can train 5 days then your going to get results quicker, if you cant then dont stress, you can do alot in a short time, check this out..

we have 2 people one is jeff, one is dave, now jeff is single so can train 5 days a week, he has a gym that he joined 20 mins away, ok so

thats 40 mins in a car (nearly one hour) then he gets changed in the gym then does 30 mins then showers and dresses and drives home so how long did he train err 30 mins and how long was he away from home NEARLY TWO HOURS.........

so dave, family guy , 2 kids, gets home, goes upstairs does 30 mins abs e book workout and showers, back down in 40 mins, thats nothing thats whilst the missus watches eastenders, yet he will see results within a month

so you dont need a gym, even if you use your body weight, you can change and revive your life

SO DO IT TODAY YEAH

be flexible in your daily plan IT IS NOT SET IN STONE

NOW THIS PIC BELOW IS ME GOING OFF PLAN, ha ha well not really,but it proves a point,see on this day i set out with a plan which was protein shake for breakfast,protein shake for lunch and fish with veg for my tea... so i bike to work and by the time lunch came i was starving,pics of mcdonalds flashed through my head, so i biked home and instead of having the shake i had this,omlette with bacon,mushrooms,onions,and a lil cheese,it filled me up,its packed with protein so is still helping me with fatloss, and because its packed with protein when it was teatime i had a smaller meal as i was still not that hungry,so here is the point iam making...
DONT FALL INTO THE TRAP OF "AM STICKING TO THIS DAILY PLAN" do not let yourself go hungry or you will FAIL!!!!!!!!!!, YOU WILL RAID THE FRIDGE FOR CHOC OR HAVE SOMETHING BAD FOR YOU FROM THE SHOP/TAKEAWAY, if you find yourself hungry then adjust your daily plan to reflect this, somedays you will feel full all day, others you will feel hungry, its how our bodies work,see your body knows what it needs more than we do ourselves, its a very clever engine .......

lets make sure we have eggs from hens this weekend troops


ok so its easter, and we have time off with our loved ones,lets not forget tho that we still have a mission to complete..........

so if someone gives you an egg and its not hard boiled but its wrapped in shiny foil then just think of this


no human can just eat a bit of an easter egg, so the next thing is you have eaten the lot

then because you have eaten the egg you may as well have eat the sweets that come with it

YOU HAVE JUST ATE AROUND 600KCALS

think how hard your going to have to work to BURN 600KCALS

also because of the choc you will feel hungry when your blood sugar rush dies down

SO HAVE AN EGG BUT MAKE SURE ITS ONE FROM A HEN :-)

ok so day one in review :-)

So troops,
How have we done?, i had a storming day, had omlette for breakfast, promax shake for dinner and steak with veg for tea.

ahhh am a bit tired now, but juggling a few things at mo and its new to be this busy to be fair, I feel like bryan lol, he is always busy, helping other people, ahh comeon its gonna be big this is, so get involved now whilst ya can :-)

Sometimes in life someone comes along and gets you, you know??, like no one else ever did, to many people i was a drunk, t bryan, i was someone he could help!!!, man i swear he is from god above, every single day Iam inspired by him, and for the days i fall back on the beer, he says, "ahh get over it you had a bad day"
my world changed when i spoke to you bryan, i will never be able to thankyou enough!!

ok troops so this was me on day one and 8 weeks later,whilst its hard to the untrained eye i had indeed showed improvent, I will dig out bryans email on this (as he is the expert, who checked the pics)
so at the start of jan I was 21st 3pounds and Iam now 18st 7 pounds, iam starting again on the 12 week plan, so keep checking my progress, EVEN BETTER WHY NOT JOIN IN and have a new you in twelve weeks?????

ok so we are set massive fatloss in twelve weeks :-)

Ok troops so we have all got the shopping in for this week shop the same for the next twelve weeks yeah, its starts in the morning so get that choc down ya throat or beer, as the next twelve weeks is about you, if you join late, no bother, follow me and i will start you from day one yeah.......

good luck ahhhh you dont need luck you need goals, and am giving you goals a new you in twelve weeks so lets have it :-)

bootcamp shopping list

Good morning troops ;-) below you will find my bootcamp shopping list that i will be using this week
18 eggs (freerange) 5 packs of mixed winter veg (£1 each and taste amazing when roasted in the oven) 2 packs mixed salad 1 tub of greek salad 1 pack otomatos 1 pack of mushrooms 300g of mixed gratted cheese 2 packs of bacon 3 portions of fresh fish (trout,tuna,haddock,cod,smoked haddock, red mullet) 3 packs of white meat (chicken,turkey) 1 pack of steak 1 pack of lamb joint (for me one treat meal, sun roast) 6 bottles of water (2ltrs) 6 fresh lemons (squeeze into the bols of water,tastes better) 1 jar of chilles (i love the hot ones, and they help lose fat,bonus ;-)
ok so as with any shopping list, I will add as I remember that i forgot to put something on here later i will give you some ideas on how to use these...
i also use promax protien shake from www.maximuscle.com
