Its funny isnt it, you spend a sunday doing nothing, but yet your so tired?????, or you have a week off and do nothing yet dont feel refreshed??????????

now if you had been active and ate well you would feel more rested, yeah sounds irish (sorry bry) but its true, the less you do the worse you feel, the more you do the more alive you feel, the more takeaways you chuck down your neck the worse you feel, see its not only calories but the useless nutrition that comes with it, i mean look at a pizza,now iam no expert but hell look at all that base thats gotta be alot of carbs, now if you just scraped the topping off, I in my opinion may get away with it now and again, but if your scoffing the lot then buy a bigger belt, you are going to need it.......

hey if you can train 5 days then your going to get results quicker, if you cant then dont stress, you can do alot in a short time, check this out..
we have 2 people one is jeff, one is dave, now jeff is single so can train 5 days a week, he has a gym that he joined 20 mins away, ok so
thats 40 mins in a car (nearly one hour) then he gets changed in the gym then does 30 mins then showers and dresses and drives home so how long did he train err 30 mins and how long was he away from home NEARLY TWO HOURS.........
so dave, family guy , 2 kids, gets home, goes upstairs does 30 mins abs e book workout and showers, back down in 40 mins, thats nothing thats whilst the missus watches eastenders, yet he will see results within a month
so you dont need a gym, even if you use your body weight, you can change and revive your life
